About Ryan

Over the last 18 years, Ryan has seen many aspects of real estate. Currently, Ryan is a the VP of Development and Training for AskDOSS – a Google backed real estate technology startup and brokerage based in Houston. He is also a practicing REALTOR and industry consultant to household names around real estate.

With a passion for bringing the next generation into the real estate industry, Ryan has built training programs and presentations that cater to the tech-savvy, younger generation who is tied to their mobile devices yet still have a passion for success and creating raving fans from their clients.
A sought after Nationally recognized speaker and formerly leading Training and Education at Realogy, he takes pride in sharing with others how to proactively execute and implement technology into an agent’s workflow to create a more efficient business model and become more productive and efficient while maintaining a less distracted workflow to focus on client care.

Serving as Technology Chair for local and state real estate organizations has been a great pleasure and an opportunity that Ryan cherishes and continues to make a part of his commitment to the real estate industry as a whole. Ryan has gained a long-standing reputation in the real estate community for his ever-growing knowledge of technology and how to use it to get the best exposure for the real estate agent and client.

Ryan has always worked hard to give back to the real estate community for many years. His past service includes leading the National Association of REALTORS Residential Economic Issues and Trends forum, Chairing the Texas REALTORS Technology & MLS Committee and we will serving in Political and Governmental Affairs.

He was awarded by the Houston Association of REALTORS as one of the Top 20 Under 40 Rising Stars in Real Estate, an award that takes into account an individual’s production, community involvement, leadership, and industry volunteerism and recognized as a Top 20 Social Influencers in Residential Real Estate as part of the Swanepoel Power 200.

A husband of 21 years and a father of 6, his pride and joy are his wife and kids, and their service to many local and national charities.
