Ryan Bokros a practicing REALTOR and Owner of ASCKE (pronounced “ask”) Growth Consulting and founder of Real Estate IPA Coaching. He has been serving Houstonians and their real estate needs for over 15 years. He has been recognized by the Houston Association of REALTORS as a Top 20 Under 40 Rising Star and honored as A Top 20 Social Influencer in Residential Real Estate as part of the Swanepoel Power 200. Ryan is a proven leader and one of the industry’s leading trainers and educators.
As a sought after speaker, educator, and consultant to the industry who has spoken across the US and Canada. Ryan’s passion is working with the next generation of real estate and enabling leaders to accelerate and sustain growth to create a legacy through execution and relationships. He holds a belief that technology should enhance the consumer experience and relationships, not take away from it.
After a number of years in brokerages either training, managing or actively selling real estate, Ryan worked for the world’s largest real estate company, Realogy, the parent company of brands like ERA, Century 21, Coldwell Banker and Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate as the National Sr Director of Training. In this role, he was responsible for executing strategic initiatives specific to the education of brokers and agents.
Ryan currently serves in volunteer leadership positions at both NAR and TAR as 2019 Chair of the NAR (National Associations of REALTORS) Residential Economic Issues and Trends Forum and member of the NAR Research Committee. He is the current Chair for the TAR (Texas REALTORS) Technology and MLS Committee.

Married for 18 years to his wife Maggie with 5 children, his family loves to take road trips, explore Texas history, hit the beach and play a lot of basketball. If there is a local outdoor concert in The Woodlands, TX where home is, you are likely to find the Bokros family there. Ryan is also a life long, diehard Houston Astros fan.
